You probably remember the page before you remember the magazine.
You know the page
It seems like everybody has one. The watch ad you tore out and kept in a desk drawer. The car you saw in a magazine at the barbershop and swore you’d own someday. The bottle that sat on the shelf at your grandfather’s house, looking exactly the way it did in the ad.
You didn’t keep that page because of the ad. You kept it because of what it stood for: who you wanted to be, where you wanted to go, or who you were with when you first saw it. That’s what we look for.
The real page, not a picture of it
A reprint is a picture of the page. These are the page itself, printed in a real magazine at the time it ran and kept by somebody who couldn’t bring themselves to throw it away. Decades later, the paper has lived a little. A soft crease or a little toning is the part a reprint can’t fake. The photos on each listing show the exact piece you’ll get.
Ready for your wall
Every framed piece is ready for your wall. Hang it in the office, the garage, the den, or the spot where you have your morning coffee. We don’t take custom orders, which keeps it simple: what you see is what you get. Most pieces are one of a kind, so when one finds a home, it’s gone.
Every so often we find something that isn’t paper, like an old clock or a watch. Those live in Curiosities. Worth digging up.
You decide what’s next
We have more pages than frames. If you see one marked Coming Soon that you’d actually hang, tap Notify Me. That’s your vote. The most-wanted get framed first, and you get first shot at it for 24 hours before anyone else. It only emails you about that piece, nothing else. Here’s how drops work.
Who’s behind the frames
A small shop: a collector named Tom, and Remy, Head of Quality Control. Remy looks over every piece before it ships. His standards are high, and mostly involve snacks.
If a page reminds you of someone, or you just want to talk about one, say hello through the chat. We’d love to hear why it matters to you.
So which page was yours? Go find it.
