Refund Policy

Dog Ear House sells original vintage print advertisements and curated found objects and curiosities. Please review each listing’s photographs and condition notes carefully before ordering. For advertisements, age-related character such as slight toning, small marks, edge wear, or minor creases is expected and noted or visible in listing photos where present. For curiosities, condition and provenance are described to the best of our knowledge. If you’d like a closer look at anything before you buy, just ask.

What we accept returns for

We accept returns for the following reasons, if you contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery:

The item arrived damaged in transit
You received the wrong item
The item is materially different from its description or photographs

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, or for age-related characteristics that are consistent with the listing’s description and photographs.

How to start a return

Reach out within 14 days of confirmed delivery with a brief description and photos of the issue. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back.

Return shipping

For approved returns, we’ll send you a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund — including any original shipping charge — to your original payment method. We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the item; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display it.

Framing

Any framing added by Dog Ear House is covered under the same policy. Framing details are described separately in each listing.
